Methanol standard solution configuration: Accurately extract 10ul of chromatographic grade methanol and place it in a 50ml volumetric flask, dilute with distilled water to the mark. Seal and store in the refrigerator.
Standard curve drawing: Accurately extract 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0 ml of methanol standard solution and place them in 10 ml volumetric flasks. Dilute with distilled water to the mark and prepare methanol solutions of different concentrations. Take 2ul of methanol solution separately and enter it into GC-7890 gas chromatograph, record the retention time and peak area. Quantify using the area external standard method.
